Bell (foot) returned to practice Wednesday, and he should play against Minnesota in Week 4. Seeing that the Steelers average just 3.0 yards per carry, Bell should get at least double-digit touches. Spiller (quad) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice and looks to be a go against Baltimore, but it's still a tough matchup....

For coverage of all the latest NFL signings and rumors, check out SN’s live free agency tracker. Fantasy Analysis: Jordan Howard signs with Dolphins Howard is coming off an injury-plagued and disappointing season in Philadelphia. He missed six games due to a shoulder stinger and finished with just 525 rushing yards. However, it’s worth noting that he registered seven touchdowns and rushed for 4.4 yards per carry, his highest total since his rookie season....

Finding the right pickups isn’t an exact science. You may add someone in hopes of playing them next week only to watch them get injured or benched this week. Still, if you have a revolving door roster spot or a player that you’re not planning on playing this week, you can look ahead and add a player you may be more likely to use in Week 10. Handcuffs are nice, and keeping guys like Alexander Mattison and Brian Hill can pan out, but sometimes, you have to sacrifice potential for a practical play that you will use, especially if you’re in a must-win situation....

With regular seasons winding down and the playoffs almost here, our full free agent list is loaded with solid bench options and streamers. The Chiefs and Rams may be the only teams on bye in Week 12, but you still might need to find a one-week fill-in, even at TE and D/ST (those positions can be found at the end of the list). We’re not exactly overflowing with option at those spots, but there are at least a few with good matchups who might be better than your current starters this week....

Our full free agent list has a ton of sleeper D/STs, plus a few TE streamers, but it’s mostly full of potential starting RBs and WR3s. Check out our RB handcuff chart for additional backups who might come in handy over the final month. It’s also worth it to look ahead to Week 15, especially if you have a bye this week. Snatch up that D/ST or TE streamer a week early if you have the space....

The Bears and 49ers, two go-to teams for sleepers, are playing each other; the Jets and Colts, two more teams that provide favorable matchups, are also playing each other; and, worst of all, the Browns are on bye. The Chargers, Redskins, and Bucs are your best bets for waiver wire help, but there aren’t enough replacements to go around. Yes, it’s one of those weeks where the owner who overdrafted the Broncos defense by four rounds is having the biggest laugh....

The most important tool in your draft kit is a handy Top 200 list for quick reference when the picks start flying on draft day. In this case, our Top 200 isn’t simply a rundown of the best NHL players. The rankings below take into account a number of factors, such as position scarcity, and place a premium on both volume (ice time, goalie starts) and potential (rising stars). You’ll also notice a number of good goalies further down the list....
