Starting with the Bills-Lions matchup (12:30 p.m. ET, CBS), continuing with the Giants-Cowboys contest (4:30 p.m. ET, Fox), and finishing with the Patriots-Vikings nightcap (8:20 p.m. ET, NBC), there is plenty of fantasy football intrigue to digest with your turkey and stuffing. For some, the action again might be casual to avoid talking to annoying relatives; but in fantasy, it’s a critical Week 12 with the season-long playoffs just around the corner....

In many cases, some of the middle-of-the-road starting tight ends will be drafted after running back handcuffs. Some people only roster one tight end, waiting until the late rounds in hopes of finding of a sleeper; others like to go with back-to-back sleeper picks, figuring at least one will work out. Still others just grab Travis Kelce right away and get it over with. Any method can work, but some tend to work better than others....

We break down what this means for the fantasy values of Gordon, Lindsay, and Royce Freeman below. He struggled upon his return, averaging just 3.8 yards per carry and seeing his touches per game drop from 18....

If you need a TE or D/ST streamer, there aren’t many great options. Fortunately, it’s a fairly deep week at both positions, but we could only identify a few stream-worthy options in our full waiver list. Strategy-wise, this feels like a week to save your claim unless Perine is available in your league. As much potential value as Coleman, Williams, Woodhead, Westbrook and so on could have, they’re also far from sure things....

But even if you don’t have a high waiver claim, there are still plenty of worthwhile adds, be it off the waiver wire or as free agents. Several more “handcuff” RBs stand out (some of which really aren’t handcuffs but fantasy owners just don’t realize it yet), and there are a few WR3 possibilities, including one who didn’t even play last week. No teams are on bye in Week 12, but that doesn’t mean you can’t grab a D/ST and TE sleeper....

That’s the main reason I’ll be willing to give some preseason pitching sleepers who snoozed through the 2014 season another chance to wake up next year. After their struggles this season, they should be great values in 2015 even though their ceilings are still very high. Not sure if you've heard, but Trent Richardson was traded on Wednesday. Bottom line: bad news for Ahmad Bradshaw (now Indy's backup) and Donald Brown (now droppable); good news for the expected-to-be signed Willis McGahee in Cleveland and backups Bobby Rainey (yes, the Bobby Rainey) and Chris Ogbonnaya (although, let's face it -- you don't want Ogbonnaya starting for your fantasy team). As far as Richardson, it's certainly not going to hurt being on a better offense -- particularly one running almost 10 more times per game and averaging 1....

Just a reminder that the Cowboys and Ravens are on bye this week, so make sure to get those players out of your lineup.
