WEEK 2 NON-PPR RANKINGS:Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker
How long will Tyreek Hill be out?
Hill left Kansas City’s game Sunday after Jalen Ramsey landed heavily on him during a tackle. It appeared Hill jammed his shoulder into the ground, and it turns out Hill injured his collarbone, although he won’t need surgery, per NFL Network. Ian Rapoport added that Hill will be expected to miss “a few weeks.”
This is a win considering how much worse it what could’ve been, as collarbone surgery would’ve kept Hill out for at least half the season. Sammy Watkins becomes a must-start wideout coming off his three-TD Week 1 and is now promoted to Patrick Mahomes’ top WR target. No one else seemed to step into Hill’s role on Sunday, but that’s what Mecole Hardman was drafted to do if Hill had been suspended, so expect Hardman to be a potential waiver-wire target, especially Oakland on the schedule for Kansas City in Week 2.

Mike Williams injury update
Williams left L.A.’s game Sunday with a knee injury and didn’t return. He’d caught two passes for 29 yards prior to exiting. After the game, Williams told reporters he was fine and walked out of the locker room, “walking fine,” according to Gilbert Manzano.
This is good news for fantasy owners, as Williams is probably a WR3 on most teams. He’ll be someone to monitor throughout the week, but it appears it was just the late-game nature of his injury Sunday that prevented him from getting back in before the game ended. He was only targeted three times in nearly a full game, though, which could be more concerning.
WEEK 2 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end
Devin Funchess injury news
Funchess reportedly came down hard on his shoulder in the fourth quarter of the Colts’ Sunday game, and NFL Network reported late Sunday that Funchess had broken his collarbone. As noted above, surgery on the collarbone would knock Funchess out for about eight weeks, although it’s not yet known whether Funchess will have surgery.

(Update: The Colts officially placed Funchess on IR on Monday afternoon, meaning he’ll miss at least eight weeks.)
If it comes out that Funchess will have surgery, he’s droppable in leagues that don’t have injury slots. Deon Cain was on the field a bunch for Indianapolis on Sunday and would likely see the biggest uptick in targets if Funchess is out. Chester Rogers and Parris Campbell, both more of slot receivers, could also see more targets in Funchess’ absence.
